Fallbeschreibung: Kl. hatte Leutnant Carl Wolter von Graevenitz am 11.11.1750 491 Rtlr 5 s für die Bezahlung von Saatgut geborgt, die bis Trinitatis 1751 zurückgezahlt werden sollten. Nachdem der Termin verstrichen war, ohne daß eine Bezahlung erfolgt wäre, macht er seine Ansprüche an die Konkursmasse geltend. Bekl. fordert am 12.10. die Einlieferung der Originaldokumente zur Prüfung und erhält sie am selben Tag. Das Tribunal nimmt sie am 15.10.1751 ad acta.
