Regest: Kammerer und Rat der Reichsstadt Regenspurg bekennen: Der Sohn des gewesenen Inwohners Christof Part, Handelsmannes selig, begehrt glaubwürdige Urkunde seiner ehelichen Geburt. Deshalb werden verhört, der Bürger Georg Bader, Beisitzer des Hausgerichts, und der Inwohner Wolf Werlinger, gewesener Apotheker zu Wels, die ihnen deshalb vorgstellt wurden und an Eides Statt ihre Aussagen machen. Werlinger sagt aus, dass ihr Inwohner Christof Part und seine Hausfrau Maria Silbernagl, eheleibliche Tochter des Thoma Silbernagl, Ratsbürgers und Gastgebers zum Schwan, und seiner Hausfrau Elena, im Gotteshaus St. Martini zu Peurbach durch den damaligen Pfarrherrn Clement Popp öffentlich copuliert (= getraut) worden sind und ihre hochzeitliche Ehrenfreud bei Paul Part, Gastgeber daselbst, gehalten haben. Der Copulation und hochzeitlichen Ehrenfreud hat Werlinger selbst beigewohnt. Georg Bader hat an dieser Hochzeit nicht teilgenommen, hat aber die Eheleute, als er noch in Österreich wohnte, sehr gut gekannt und ist mit ihnen nach Regenspurg emigriert. Ihr Sohn Johann Christof Part ist hier geboren und laut Kirchenbuchs am 12. Juli 1626 durch den evangelischen Prediger Christof Sigmund Donauer der heil. Tauf einverleibt, wobei Georg Bader Gevatter (= Taufpate) war. Johann Christof Part ist auch, als in einer freien Reichsstadt geboren, mit keiner Leibeigenschaft behaftet.
