Willingshausen, Schwalm-Eder-Kr.]; 2.) ein Drittel des Zehnten zu Waßmuthshausen [Stadtteil von Homberg (Efze), Schwalm-Eder-Kr.]; 3.) drei Viertel Frucht vom Zehnten zu Neukirchen [Stadt, Schwalm-Eder-Kr.], an dem ehemals die Finck und die von Merle (Merlyn) Rechte besaßen; 4.) das Richardsgut zu Loshausen, ehemals Lehen des Klosters Hersfeld. Die vorherigen Lehnsinhaber waren Damme, Johann und Johann, Heinrich und Georg von Lutter, dann der Ururaltvater der 1779 Belehnten, Johann Reinhard von Lutter, darauf der Uraltvater der 1779 Belehnten, Erhard Adolf von Lutter, darauf der Altvater der 1779 Belehnten, Bernhard Georg von Lutter, und schließlich der Onkel der 1779 Belehnten, Erhard Georg von und zu Lutter zu Loshausen, der letzte männliche Nachkomme der von Lutter zu Loshausen.
