Anlage in Abschrift: Am 13. 7. 1607 verkaufen der Nagelschmied Adam Vereggede und seine Frau Gertrud dem Kramer Peter Bertenhoff ihre Besitzung an der Mauritzstraße, schießend an Gürdelmachers, jetzt Berendt Dirkmans Hof, zwischen den Häusern des Herman Huikenbecke und des Berent Münsterman.
