Enthält: Gesuch um einen Platz für einen Tuchrahmen von 120 Ellen Länge statt des bisherigen zwischen Kuh- und Stapeltor, dieser sei zu nache am Kuhtor, die Tücher würden beschmutzt, eines sei zerschnitten; zwischen Kuh- und Marientor, zwischen Witwe Schaumburgs Tuchrahmen und dem Fußsteig vom Walle nach des Perückenmachers Herz Garten am Abhang des Walles und an der anderen Seite des vorbeigehenden Fahrwegs bis an Meister Wendrichs Tuchrahmen, der Platz ist mit wertlosem Strauchwerk besetzt, aber 16 Eichen am Rande müssten fallen, die andere Seite mit der Ruhebank gäbe noch etwas Schatten und Buchholz würde eine schöne Hecke pflanzen; der Akziseinspektor meint, die Stadt könne diese Zierde ebenso entbehren wie die der Türme; der in Erbpacht gewünschte Platz ist 192 Schritt lang und 160 breit, die Hecke soll so weitab gepflanzt werden, dass ein Weg für Fuhrwerke bleibe; der Platz geht später in Besitz des Peter Melchior Hardt über )1802, 6)
