Enthält u.a.: Gutshaus Dechowshof (4 km NO von Ribnitz-Damgarten) Eingeschossiger, 11-achsiger Putzbau mit Krüppelwalmdach. Im Traufen Bereich sind vier Segmentbogengauben in die Vorderfassade eingebaut. Die Rechteckfenster sind gerade verdacht. Der ebenerdige Eingang führt im Bereich des 3-achsigen, 2-geschossigen Mittelrisaliten ins Haus. Der Risalit hat einen Dreiecksgiebel mit Okulus. Linksseitig rückversetzt ist a, 2-geschossigen Seitengiebel des Gutshauses ein Seitentrakt mit mehreren Rundbogenfenstern angebaut. Die Gebäude sind teilsaniert und werden bewohnt. Davor ein baumbestandenes Rondell mit verlandetem Teich und zweiseitiger Zufahrt. Im Umfeld ein großer, gut erhaltener Park und einige umgebaute Stallungen. Der größte Teil der ehemaligen Wirtschaftsgebäude ist durch Brand vernichtet worden. Auffällig am Gutshaus ist der unter dem kaum erkennbaren Drempel ein weit vorragendes Gurtgesims über dem die Gauben (Lukarnen) eingebaut sind. Das ehemalige Rittergut war ursprünglich Familie v. Zanthier zugehörig.
