Enthält: Strafsache gegen 1. Bernd Halsbrandt (Halsbenning), 2. dessen Stiefsohn Bernd Holtstedde, 3. den Tuchbereiterknecht Bertold Cranepoel. Die Angeklagten sind an einer Schlägerei beteiligt gewesen, bei der Johan Böse, Knecht des Hufschmieds Wilhelm Poltzering verwundet ist; Böse ist nach einigen Tagen gestorben. Cranepoel ist offenbar der Hauptschuldige. Er ist nach Hamm geflohen und in statische Dienste unter Kapitän Martin de Lewe getreten. Er wird durch den Rat in Hamm geladen. Halsbrandt und Holstedde werden wegen einfacher Körperverletzung jeder zu 50 Thaler Geldstrafe verurteilt. Erwähnt werden (zum Teil als Zeugen) Bildhauer Gerd Gröninger, Bernhard Dirxen, Schneiderknecht Gerhard von Ibbenbüren; Herman Rost; Johan von Wulffen; Bernhard Frencking; Johan Groning; Rotger Nuse; Wilhelm von Hoeseden; Else Wesseling; Johan Schencking zu Beveren; Henrich, Herman, Wilhelm und Trineke Böse in Ostbevern, Geschwister des Getöteten. Ferner aus Hamm: Kämmerer Dr. Albrecht Borckenfeldt, Stadtsekretär Georg Wullius und Tuchbereiter Jorgen zum Schlade.
