Enthält: Wie in den früheren Aktenstücken; 1804 Reskript, dass nach dem Allgemeinen Landrecht bei Gegenständen über 50 Rt. und bei Verpachtungen über 6 Jahre so zu verfahren sei, dass die durchs Gericht geschähen, dagegen wehmütige Klagen (S. 122ff); 1748 sei dem Magistrat das Vormundschaftswesen genommen, aber die Landesregierung habe der Stadt bei ihren Privilegien und dem Magistrat bei der Jurisdiktion in Gesinde-, Feld-, Hutangelegenheiten und bei milden Stiftungen Administrationssachen belassen; Vepachtung geschieht auf 6 Jahre; Verpachtung von 80 Rt. nun wieder auf 12 Jahre durch Notar; wird auf 9 Jahre (S. 185) bestätigt (S. 70ff)

The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number. Often, the file number of the respective compensation authority is used as the BZK number.

This number is important for making an inquiry to the relevant archive.
