Als Zeugen werden am 29.4.1622 vernommen: 1. Leutnant Jörgen von Hamm, 2. Schuhmacher Herman Froning, 3. Stiefelmacher Gerrit Jansen. Der Angeklagte wird zu 5 M. Strafe verurteilt und gegen Bürgschaft des Johan Jodefeld und des Johan Eschman aus der Haft entlassen. Erwähnt werden Herman Dop und Bürgermeister Habbe Foewen in Emden; Vogt Niklas Warburch in Greven; Bernt Rövekamp; Johan Meinertz; Pförtner Philipp Mengering; Martin Vorschepöel; Herman Edeler; die Notare Wilhelm Blome und Peter Degenhart; Henrich von Weersake in Deventer (?).
