Enthält: Peter Mathias Wolters war verheiratet mit Maria Catharina, geborene Didden, jetzige Ehefrau Spee, die Kinder aus der ersten Ehe sind Maria Gertrud, Maria Helena, Anna Catharina, Peter Leonard und Peter Mathias Wolters; das Erbe des Peter Mathias Wolters wurde in fünf Teile aufgeteilt und per Los gezogen; die vorliegenden Ausfertigung wurde für Maria Helena Wolters ausgefertigt und enthält noch eine Quittung vom 01.03.1875 über die Auszahlung von 130 Taler durch Peter Mathias Wolters sowie die Bestätigung des Geometers J. J. Voos, unterzeichnet in Bracht am 04.11.1873; in einer Anmerkung zwischen Los II und Los III wird festgehalten, dass die beiden Geschwister Anna Catharina Wolters und Maria Helena Wolters das Wohnhaus mit Hofraum und Garten sowie zwei weiteren Gärten und zwei Wiesen von ihren Geschwistern für die Summe von 1300 Talern erwerben
