Enthält: Johann Heinrich Adam Plattes, Ackerer zu Hoverstadt in Westfalen und Johann Heinrich Joseph Plattes, Ackerer in der Gemeinde Anrath, stehen gemeinsam für alle Verbindlichkeiten des vorliegenden Vertrages ein. Sie nehmen bei dem in Willich wohnenden Ackerer Friedrich Ingmanns ein Darlehen in Höhe von 2000 Talern preußisch courant auf, welches sie bar erhalten. Die Summe wird mit 4 ½ % verzinst. Die Rückzahlung darf nur in kursmäßigem Gold oder schwerem Silbergeld preußisch courant erfolgen. Als Sicherheit werden zwei Ackerflächen genannt, die die Schuldner von ihren Eltern Anton Plattes und Maria Margaretha geb. Dammer lt. Schenkungsurkunde vom 11. Dez. 1856 erhalten hatten. Aufgesetzt am 29. November 1859, Eintragung in das Hypothekenregister am 30.11.1859.
