Enthält: 55. Es erscheinen Wilhelm Rowaldt, Richter zu Ostbevern, und Jobst Westhaus, Bürgermeister und Altermann zu Telgte, als Vormünder der Kinder des Johann Erpenbeck und der Gertrud Rowaldt, gewesenen Eheleuten. An die verstorbenen Eltern hatten folgende Personen Forderungen: Johann Oistendorff (18 Rt.), die Witwe Jobst Borich (21 Rt. 11 Schill.) und Heinrich Borick (7 ½ Rt.). Da den Vormündern keine Barmittel zur Verfügung stehen, so zedieren sie den Gläubigern eine Obligation auf den Kolon und das Erbe Levermann im Ksp. Telgte über 50 Rt. von 1634 Mai 17 und ausgestellt von Dietrich von Plettenberg, Domkellner zu Münster (wohl der Gutsherr des Hofes Levermann), und übergeben den Konsensbrief von 1634 an Ostendorf zur Befriedigung aller Gläubiger. Was alsdann übrig bleibt, soll dieser den Vormündern herausgeben. – Zeugen: Caspar Schmemann, Johann Schmemann und Georg Dyckamp.
