Tasche war in der Sächsischen Webstuhlfabrik AG in Chemnitz und begann nach dem Kriegsdienst die Ingenieurausbildung. Er erhielt am 31. Juli 1950 das Ingenieurzeugnis.
2. Bestandsbeschreibung: Der Bestand wurde am 9.7.1996 durch Herrn Tasche dem Universitätsarchiv zur uneingeschränkten Nutzung übergeben und enthält 6 Akteneinheiten. Josef Emil Rolf Tasche war von 1947 bis 1950 Schüler der Abteilung Maschinen-Ingenieure an den Technischen Lehranstalten Chemnitz. Im Bestand enthalten sind vor allem Vorlesungsnachschriften.
