Bürgermeister und Rat der Stadt Münster (Borgermestere und Rad der Stad Munster) verkaufen Lambert Swandemann und seiner Frau Alken (Lamberte Swandeman Alken syner echten hussvrowe) eine Rente von sechs münsterschen Mark (Sess Marck geldes pennynghe In unsser Stad vorgeschriebene genghe) für 108 Mark (hundert marck unn achte der vorgeschriebenen pennynghe). Die Rente soll halbjährlich, jeweils drei Mark an Mariae Himmelfahrt und Maria Lichtmess (unsser leven vrouwen dagk assumpcionis und up unsser leven vrouwen dagk purificationis) aus dem Gruthaus der Stadt (to etzlicher tyd dre marck pennynghe vorgeschriebene uth unsser Stad gruthuysß) gezahlt werden. Bürgermeister und Rat der Stadt kündigen ihr Siegel an. Rückvermerke: Civitas monastieriensis vi marck genta (?) Assumcionis purificationis sancte marie virgines (15.
