Der Kläger Lauterjung, ein auswärtiger Kaufmann, der auf kein langes Verfahren warten kann, ersucht das Gericht um einen Verhandlungstermin am nächsten Tag, dem 28. August, um die Summe für die Auslösung festzusetzen. Der Beklagte bleibt dem Termin fern und schickt stattdessen seinen Sohn Bernhard. Das Pferd wird auf 39 Rtlr geschätzt und, da Becker weiterhin die Zahlung verweigert, dem Kläger wieder zugesprochen. Dem Amtsboten wird aufgetragen, Lauterjung das Pferd auszuhändigen (obwohl es keine Kaufmannsware sei !).

The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person.
