Auf Ersuchen des Hermann Plugge, Bürgers zu Telgte, sagt Heinrich Uhlenbrock, auch Bürger zu Telgte und etwa 68 Jahre alt, aus, daß zu den zwei Stücken Land von drei Scheffel Einsaat, die dem Requirenten gehören und im großen Stadtfeld auf der Höhe zwischen Everd Loemanns und Hermann Udemanns liegen, der Fahrweg über Blancken Land die Hecke entlang nächst Erpenbecks Kaldeweides Kamp ginge. Er wisse dieses sehr genau, da er vor 45 Jahren und nachgehends auf diesen zwei Stücken das Korn gemäht und dabei gewesen sei, wenn es abgefahren worden sei. Dabei sei jedesmal dieser Weg ohne Widerspruch genutzt worden. Geschehen im Hause der Witwe Borich im Beisein des Heidenreich Witte und des Johann Dyckes.
