Der Landesvorsitzende der SPD, Ulrich Maurer, hat gefordert, die Vielfalt der teilweise konkurrierenden Förderprogramme für Landwirte zu überprüfen. LUTZ: Übt Kritik am Marktentlastungs- und Kulturlandschafts-Programm (MEKA) des Landwirtschaftsministeriums, weil dies für die Bauern attraktiver ist als die Zuschüsse für die Erfüllung der Landschaftspflegerichtlinien des Umweltministeriums. THIELCKE: Die Landschaftspflegerichtlinien sind veraltet. Die Bauern bekommen zu wenig Geld für die Erfüllung der Richtlinien. Die Pflegesätze müssen erhöht werden. Sie müssen mit dem MEKA-Programm gleichgestellt werden. KIEFL: Es gibt nur wenige Landwirte, die die Düngebeschränkungen in Wasserschutzgebieten nicht einhalten. Über 80% der Landwirte halten die Auflagen für diese Gebiete ein.

The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number. Often, the file number of the respective compensation authority is used as the BZK number.
