Die Eheleute Dieterich Droste zur Nienborgh und Anna von Eikell bekennen, daß sie dem Schmied Henrich Heimolner 200 Rt. schuldig sind, wovon sie sich für 100 Rt. zu einer jährl. Pensionszahlung von 6 Rt. verpflichten, während sie statt der Pension für die restlichen 100 Rt. dem Schmied ihr Haus "am Bome fur dem Walde in ihrem Kampe bei ihrem Haus zur Nienborgh gelegen" mit dem dabei gelegenen Garten zur Verfügung stellen wollen, wo sie ihm eine Schmiede mit Notstall einrichten wollen. Außerdem werden Vereinbarungen betr. Beschlagen der Pferde des Dieterich Droste zur Nienborgh und der Schatzungsfreiheit des Henrich Heimolner getroffen.
