Vermerke (Urkunde): (Voll-) Regest: Abt Heinrich und der Konvent des Klosters Haina überlassen dem Landgrafen Hermann von Hessen für ihre Schulden und Rückstände aus der an sich jährlich zu Bartholomäi fälligen Gülte von drei Pfund drei Schilling Heller aus dem Dorf Battenhausen und zugleich für die seit Jahren rückständigen Dienste aus ihrem Hof und Gut zu Ibernshausen eben diesen Hof und ihr gesamtes Gut zu Ibernshausen unterhalb Marburg samt allem Zubehör, verzichten auf alle Ansprüche darauf und übertragen dem Landgrafen die Gewere daran. Sie geloben zugleich, die genannte Gülte aus Battenhausen hinfort pünktlich zu bezahlen. Siegel von Abt und Konvent in Haina.
