Überlieferungsgeschichte
Geb. 9. Dezember 1910 in Stuttgart, gest. 14. Juni 1994 ebd. Studium der Rechtswissenschaften in Tübingen, Berlin und München (Promotion 1937). Seit 1938 bei der Reichsbahndirektion Stuttgart als Assessor bzw. Reichsbahnrat tätig, 1943-1945 Kriegsdienst, 1945-1946 Leiter der Eisenbahn-Verkehrsämter Stuttgart bzw. Ulm und schließlich Ravensburg, Ende 1946 Entlassung aus dem Dienst (Entnazifizierung), 1947 Referent für Eisenbahnen, Post und Wasserstraßen im Badischen Staatskommissariat für Verkehr, nach dessen Eingliederung in das Finanzministerium dorthin als Leiter der Abteilung Verkehr übernommen, 1948 Rückkehr in den Eisenbahndienst als Leiter des Eisenbahn-Verkehrsamts Ravensburg.
The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number. Often, the file number of the respective compensation authority is used as the BZK number.

In the sources, the persecutee is sometimes referred to as ‘Geschädigter’ (aggrieved party) and the applicant as ‘Anspruchsberechtigter’(claimant).
