Inhalt: Das Domkapitel (Probst Busse, Dekan Dietrich) bestätigt eine Schenkung des Priesters Nicolaus Nur von 1 Hufe im Ballensol, die er von Heinrich Dorper gekauft hat und an der der Obedientiarius von Schneidlingen 8 Schilling hat, Hans Henkel, der sie unter dem Pfluge hat, soll von ihr 45 Pfund reines Mohnöl zu einer ewigen Lampe vor der Chorthür geben; Flurlage: im nächsten Ballensol 6 Morgen, 1 Morgen im kleinen Ballensol, zieht auf den Ditfurter Weg, 2 ½ Morgen ebd., 1 Morgen zieht auf den Thie in Ergstedt, 1 Morgen im Dorfe Ergstedt, 2 Morgen im Vulsack, 1 Morgen gegenüber nach Osten, 1 ½ Morgen in derselben wunne, ¾ Morgen unter dem Winterberge, 8 Morgen vor Langenstein mit einem heydenkhulle, 2 Morgen unter den Weiden, 3 Morgen im Meigenwinkel, 1 ½ Morgen unter der kalten Warte, 1 Morgen unter dem Lemmesloe, 1 Morgen unter dem Hopfenbergsturme, wo man nach Quedlinburg geht, ¼ am Blankenburger Stiege.
