Der "Kommunalpolitische Arbeitskreis (KOMPOLAK)" bestand von etwa 1977 bis 1984 und war aus dem linken SPD-Spektrum in Wanne-Eickel hervorgegangen. Man wollte "gegen die herrschenden Mehrheitsparteien" die Interessen der Bevölkerung durchsetzen und forderte eine andere Kommunalpolitik. Zentrale Figur der Anfangszeit war der spätere Raum- und Stadtplaner Arnold Voß, der für die SPD im Stadtrat saß. 1981 trat er aus der SPD aus. Viele der (ausschließlich männlichen) Protagonisten des KOMPOLAK waren später in der "Wählergemeinschaft Die Grünen" aktiv, wie z.B. Peter-Hugo Dürdoth, Wofgang Heinzel, Jörg Höhfeld und Dietmar Jäckel. Übernommen wurde der Bestand von Wolfgang Heinzel, RA, Herne im November 2022. The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number.
