Erst nach der Ladung des Beklagten und der Aufstellung der Kostenrechnung wird in der Akte erwähnt, dass der Beklagte geltend gemacht hat, dass er dem Kläger alle Jahre bis zur Höhe des Kapitals von 20 RT je 1 Fuder Holz im Werte von 4 RT und bis zur Höhe der Zinsen je 1 Fuder Holz im Werte von 2 RT geliefert und damit seine Verpflichtung längst erfüllt habe.
