Enthält: Bürgermeister [Name maskiert] muss der Gemeindevertretung mitteilen, dass das Kultusministerium die Finanzierung des Volksschulneubaus, die zuvor noch nach einer Besichtigung der überalteten Volksschulen und der "Campe-Schule" zugesichert worden ist, so dass die Gemeinde bereits einen vom Kreisbauamt vorbereiteten Architekturwettbewerb ausgeschrieben hat, abgelehnt hat und in einem Schreiben, das der Bürgermeister auf Antrag seines Stellvertreters [Name maskiert] verliest, werden Landeszuschüsse frühestens 1966/1967 versprochen, worauf der Bürgermeister die Schulbaupolitik des Kreises und seine Vorgehensweise kritisiert. Die Gemeinevertretung verabschiedet [Name maskiert] für 1965, in dem der Bau eines Rentnerwohnheims sowie Mittel für [Name maskiert] die Kapelle, das erste Rentnerwohnheim und [Name maskiert] aufgeführt werden.
