Stuhls und der Stadt Aachen, realisieren auf Bitten Albert Fourniers und Cornelius Roothscheidt, Vormünder der Kinder Cornelius Fournier, folgende Urkunde: 1752 August 21 Vor dem Notar Karl Franz Uriichs entleihen Albert Fournier und Cornelius Roothscheidt, Bürger in Aachen, als am 14. August 1752 von den Bürgermeistern zum Folgenden ermächtigte Vormünder der Kinder des Cornelius Fournier und seiner Frau Maria Gertrud Schneewindt von dem Aachener Kaufmann Joh. Holtz und dessen Frau Susanne Marie Fellinger 600 Reichstaler zu 54 Aacher Mark gegen 4 % Zinsen. Als Sicherheit setzen die Vormünder für ihre drei Mündel deren vom Vater herrührendes Haus e auf der Sandtkouhl zwischen Peter Putz und Erben Joh. Muller. Die Großmutter Maria Kluppels, Witwe Leonard Schneewinds, die die Leibzucht an diesem Haus hat, erklärt persönlich ihr Einverständnis. Zeugen: Johann Henrich Teubericht und Friedrich Bassin. Approbiert am 26.August 1752 durch J.G.Pfluger, Licentiat. 1752 August 14, Die Bürgermeister der Stadt Aachen ermächtigen Albert Fournier und Cornelius Rothscheid auf Grund ihres Antrages vom 11.
