Regest: Wilhelm Ferdinand Detten, Gograf des Stadt- und Gogerichts zu Beckum bestätigt, dass am 29. April 1780 Jan Hinrich Jürgens sen., Jan Hinrich Topp Berndt Topp, Laurenz Topp und Anton Goltmann in Namen seiner Frau, Bürger zu Beckum, die im Beckumer Stadtfeld gelegenen elterlichen Grundstücke gerichtlich zu versteigern ersuchten. Nachdem diese Versteigerung wie üblich bekannt gemacht worden war, meldeten sich noch Kaufhändler Hagedorn aus Lippborg, Witwe Niermann aus Clarholz, Franz Arnold Ostendorp und Witwe Hauhues aus Telgte, Hofrat Engeler im Namen seiner Frau E. Claholt, Maria Anna Claholt, Bernhard Schmitz aus Münster und Konrad Busmann aus Beckum und meldeten Besitzansprüche an. Am 20. September wurde gerichtlich festgelegt, daß Jan Jürgens, F. Kymann, F. Claholt und Rottendorf Erben sind. Am 10. November wurden die Grundstücke, mit Ausschluß von sechs Mudde Land auf der Schilskuhle, auf die Gerd Joseph Ketteler Ansprüche erhebt, und von zwei Kirchenbänken, geschätzt. Die Versteigerung fand am 4. September 1781 statt, bei der Hermann Wille die Grundstücke für 60 Reichstaler ersteigerte. Nachdem er die Summe an die Gerichtskasse gezahlt hat, wird diese Urkunde vom Gerichtsschreiber August Happe ausgestellt und unterschrieben.

When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number.
