Regest: Vor Adolf Steinhausen, Schultheiß, Ewald Bachmann und Johann Rompell, Schöffen zu Düsseldorf, verkaufen wiederkäuflich die Eheleute Korßgen von Bulgen (?) und Mettel sechs Taler Erbrente für 100 Taler Kapital an den Rat und die Gasthausmeister zu Düsseldorf und verpfänden dafür ihr Haus und Hof neben dem Bongard zu Pempelfort gelegen, die Gettenau genannt (Anrainer: Ewald Bachman, Claus, Straße, Eberhard Bachman).
