Regest: Vor Henrich Grevenheuwer und Hermann Rumpels, Schöffen zu Düsseldorf verkaufen Reinhard, Theysgen Kremers Sohn und Elsgen, seine Ehefrau, dem ältesten Kanoniker zu Düsseldorf, Peter von Bonn (Bonna), eine jährliche Erbrente von von 1 Goldgulden Kurfürstenmünze fällig auf St. Martin und verpfänden dafür ihr Haus, Hof und Garten auf der Bolkerstraße (Bolger Straessen), die sie von den Eheleuten Melchior Swaen und Katharina Claeß erblich erkauft haben, Anrainer die Straße, Maeß Wyckeler, Theiß Pelser und Hermann Rumpell, neben Johann von Leichlingen (Lychlygen), Seilspenner einer- und Peter Becker anderseits. Wiederlöslich mit 20 Gulden nach Kündigung vor Meydach (1. Mai). Siegler die beiden Schöffen.
