Enthält: Bl. 120-121v: Johann Georg Cotta (II) an die Universität, Tübingen 30.7.1796. Am 16.10.1660 übernahm sein Vater (Johann Georg Cotta I) von Vizekanzler Johann Jakob Kurtz (Pfeilsticker § 1110) den Verlag des Opus Speideliana (s. Nr. 28,1) um 1 1/2 fl. zu entrichten in Büchern, pro Bogen, am 6.10.1691 um 2 fl. pro Bogen, bzw. soweit Dr. Hoser (vermutlich MUT 25797 legum stud. Johann Paul Hoser imm. 1665) mitarbeitet, um 1 fl. an Kurtz und 1 1/2 fl. an Hoser. Kurtz bezog bis zu seinem Tod (1693) 625 fl. 9 1/2 x, Hoser nichts. Nach Kurtzens Tod erbte der Neffe Dr. (Joh. Dav.) Mögling die Arbeit, starb aber bald (1695). Jetzt bittet er (Cotta), den einzigen Universalerben, stud. phil. Jak. Dav. Mögling (ab 1703 Prof. in Tübingen) zu verpflichten, die 625 fl. 9 1/2 x zurückzuzahlen oder das seit über 20 Jahren laufende Werk binnen bestimmter Frist fertigstellen zu lassen. e. (Vgl.
