Enthält: u.a. 4.Auf Requisition der Telgter Bürgermeister, die erfahren haben, daß ihr Mitbürger Hermann Glandrup, Bäcker, auf zwei Laken an der Ems unweit Fartmann und Ellering Fischfuken gesetzt habe, begibt sich der Notar Johannes Syvert zu Hermann Glandrup, um zu erfragen, auf wessen Geheiß die Fischnetze gesetzt worden seien (1715 Jan. 4): Dieser sagt darauf aus, er hätte damit nichts zu schaffen. Es hätten einige Diener des Domkellners, ihm an Boerichs Haus ein Glas Branntwein und einen Schilling mit der Bitte angeboten, er möge die Fischnetze dahin bringen. Dort sei er auf der einen Emsseite verblieben, und die Diener hätten an der anderen Seite der Laken die Netze gesetzt. Sie hätten auch die Kopie angenommen und versprochen, sie dem Domkellner zu überreichen. — Zeugen: Dietrich thom Holte und Johann Wedenhagen.
