Regest: Vor Johann Gottfried Francken, Schultheiß, Hermann Joseph Stercken und Johann Arnold Sommers Hofrat bzw. Referendar und beide Schöffen zu Düsseldorf, entleiht Conrad Mildenberg und Barbara Hebs, seine Ehefrau, mit Zustimmung seiner Eltern Sebastian Mildenberg und Caecilia Schricks, aus Armenmitteln des Magistrats 100 Reichstaler zu 4% und verpfändet dafür sein Kindsteil an dem Haus auf der Wallstraße.
Siegelkommentar: 1) Kartusche unter Krone, Schild in schwarz mit weißem Schildhaupt (bzw. geteilt), darin ein liegender Ölzweig. Umschrift: Joann Godefridus Francken 1779. (Majuskeln); 2) Wappen: Löwe, einen Gegenstand haltend, auf dem Helm Löwen wachsend zwischen off. Flug. Umschrift: Herm: Joseph Stercken Scabinus Düsseldorpy. (im Felde) 1764. (Majuskeln). 3) Wappen: Sonne, auf dem Helm Sonne zwiwchen off. Flug. Umschrift: I - Wilhelmi - Sommes (!) scabinus Dusseldorpii. (Majuskeln).

The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person.
