Enthält: Klage des Freiherrn Alexander Anton von Ketteler zum Harkotten gegen die Witwe des Fähndrichs von Plettenberg, geb. Magdalene Elisabeth Morissen (Mauritz) wegen eines zu nahe gesetzten "Privés", 1739 - 1742. Der Hof des Klägers liegt am Alten Steinweg und ist an den Sekretarius Claholt vermietet; das Haus der Beklagten liegt an der Mauritzstraße. Die Beklagte erklärt, das Haus gehöre ihr nicht allein, sondern auch ihrem Bruder, dem Leutnant Mauritz im Donopschen Regiment zu Osnabrück; dieser soll 1740 gestorben sein. - Der Vorbesitzer des Klägers von der Tinnen ist vor 16 Jahren gestorben.
