Fallbeschreibung: Die Kl. fordern die Auszahlung ihres Anteils am Wulffschen Testament, den sie von Maria Dorothea Baumann geerbt haben, einer schwachsinnigen Frau, die unter Vormundschaft Tiedemanns gestanden hatte. Aufgrund des 1784 geschlossenen Vergleichs mit den direkten Erben der M.D. Baumann (Nr. 3405) erbitten die Kl. ein Mandat an die Bekl. zur Auszahlung dieser Gelder und erhalten es am 28.01.1785.
