Godeke Brockmann (broickman), Albert Meler und dessen Ehefrau Engele verkaufen für neun Mark in Münsterschen Pfennigen dem Hinrich Monekemann, genannt Balke, und seiner Ehefrau Elseken eine halbe Mark erblicher Rente (Neghen marck penninge to Munster ghenge), die jährlich an Ostern aus ihrem Erbe und Gut Kremer (Kremerynck), Kirchspiel Bösensell (Bosenzel), Bauerschaft Brock (broickburschap) durch den dortigen Schulten zu leisten ist. Die Verkäufer geloben Währschaft und Godeke und Albert kündigen ihre Siegel an.
