Regest: Herzog und Pfalzgraf Philipp Wilhelm entleiht von seinem Geheimen Rat, Lehendirektor, Archivar und Hofgerichtskommissar, Lic. iur. Melchior Voetz zur Abwendung der vom Fürsten Johann Adolf von Schwartzenberg auf die Ämter Bornefeld und Hückeswagen erhobenen Ansprüche und Abzahlung der darauf zugesagten 100 000 Florin die Summe von 2500 Reichstaler und verpfändet dafür den Zehnten "auf der Merschen" im Amt Jülich als Erbrente bis zur Höhe der 125 Reichstaler betragenden Zinsen, die in Naturalien Dürener Maßes alljährlich auf S. Martin durch den Kellner in Hombach zu liefern sind. Werden die Zehnten verpachtet, so hat der Pächter durch Kaution oder Bürgen die Zinszahlung zu gewährleisten. Siegler: Aussteller. In die Seidenfäden eingebunden an Pressel ein nicht zugehöriges Gerichtssiegel von Frechen. Im verschnörkelten Schilde ein F, darüber Engel als Schildhalter. Umschrift: GERICHTSEGEL - ZO FRECHEN. Holzkapsel (?)

The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number. Often, the file number of the respective compensation authority is used as the BZK number.
