Form und Inhalt: Die Nummern 1 bis 160 entsprechen den Akten aus der Sachbearbeitung von Dr. Adolf Winkler; ab Nr. 161 handelt es sich um die Akten der restlichen Mitarbeiter des Sonderamts. Mit Auflösung des Sonderamtes wurden die meisten seiner Akten dem Stadtarchiv übergeben. Ein weiterer Teil der Akten wurde vom neuen Stadtsanierungsamt und vom Stadtplanungsamt übernommen.
Beim Umzug von der Eisenhutstraße ins neue Magazin nach Kirchentellinsfurt sind 5 Planmappen aufgetaucht ohne Signaturen. Die 5 Planmappen konnten aufgrund der Sachthematik dem Bestand A 600 zugeordnet werden. In den 5 Planmappen sind viele Pläne, Zeichnungen, Karten sowie partiell auch Fotografien bzw. Kopien von Fotos enthalten, die in Bezug zur Altstadtsanierung stehen. Eine Verzeichnung dieser Planmappen könnte daher künftig lohnenswert sein. In den 5 Planmappen sind ungefähr 150 verschiedene Karten, Pläne etc. enthalten, so ergab nach summarischer Durchsicht eine grobe Schätzung.
