Anmerkungen: Sebastian Otto wurde am 28. Oktober 1607 in Ulm als Sohn des Ulmer Weinschreibers Daniel Otto und seiner Ehefrau Margarete Weihenmaier geboren. Ab 1625 studierte er in Straßburg, Tübingen, Altdorf, Ingolstadt und Basel. Seit 1644 war er Ratsadvokat und Ratskonsulent der Stadt Ulm. Er starb am 11. November 1678 in Ulm (Gänßlein, Ratsadvokaten und Ratskonsulenten, S. 248ff., Nr. 52).
