Regest: Vor Schultheiß und Schöffen des Gerichts zu St. Goar bekennen die Eheleute Otto Greiff und Elisabeth daselbst und Otto Greifs Schwiegermutter Catharein Welckers, jährlich zu Weihnachten dem Conrad Reinlender und seiner Frau 3 Gulden 14 1/2 Albus Zins schuldig zu sein für 60 Gulden Hauptgeld, und setzen als Unterpfand ihren Weingarten im Rabenack (Anlieger: oben Adam Dieffenbach, unten Simon Stam), einen Weingarten in der Hasenbach (Anlieger: oben Paulus Zahn, unten Donges Welmich) und einen Garten zu Bybernheim (Biebernheim) (Anlieger: oben Quinten Scheffer, unten Hans Schott). Es siegelt das Gericht. So geben und geschehen ist zu S. Goar am 6. Aprilis anno 96. Org. (deutsch) Perg. Siegel fehlt.
