Fallbeschreibung: Kl. hat sich im Jahre 1725 mit Assessor Oldenburg darauf verglichen, daß dieser wegen einer Schuld seiner Mutter von 135 Rtlr 28 Rtlr bezahlen wolle. Da von den 28 Rtlr erst 10 bezahlt worden sind, erbittet Kl. ein Mandat an Bekl., 18 Rtlr binnen 14 Tagen zu bezahlen. Eine Antwort des Tribunals darauf erhellt nicht. Am 24.04. bittet Kl. darum, ihm die Gerichtssporteln bis zum Austrag der Sache zu kreditieren, auch hierauf ist keine Antwort des Gerichts überliefert. Am 12.08.1727 werden die Parteien darauf verglichen, daß Bekl. Kl. noch 4 Rtlr bar bezahlt.
