Enthält: Bürgermeister und Rat der Stadt Münster geben bekannt, dass Gerhardus Cleyhorst und Johannes Warendorp als Testamentsvollstrecker der Elisabeth Warendorp einen Rentenbrief in Höhe von 12 Rheinischen Gulden für einen Kleriker im Armenhaus zur Aa gestiftet haben. Infolge einer Pestepidemie und anderer Krankheiten war es den Insassinnen des Armenhaus nicht möglich, an den Messen in der Parochialkirche teilzunehmen. Der Kleriker ist verpflichtet, wöchentlich drei Messen zu lesen. Erster Inhaber der Vikarie soll Bernhardus Westerrot sein. Inseriert ist ein Rentenbrief vom 27.05.1449, in dem Bürgermeister und Rat dem Bürgermeister Gerd Cleyhorst und dem Ratsmitglied Johannes Warendorpp eine Rente von 12 Rheinischen Gulden für 216 Rheinischen Gulden verkaufen. Die Rente ist je zur Hälfe fällig zu Michaelis und zu Ostern. Siegel: Stadt Münster
