On June 21, 2018, the project partners from the Bundesarchiv, the Deutsche Nationalbibliothek, the Deutsche Digitale Bibliothek, FIZ Karlsruhe, and the Landesarchiv Baden-Württemberg gathered for a kick-off meeting in the lecture hall of the Hauptstaatsarchiv in Stuttgart. In addition to initial thoughts on important questions such as the future data model, the aim was to create a good basis for successful cooperation in the next two years. Teams, schedules and efficient communication were the focus of the discussion.

Together, the first milestones will now be worked through in the next few months and the foundations for work on the new access to the portal will be laid.
